At SODA Social, inclusion is the norm, not the exception. Despite an increase in awareness of the gender divide that exists for women and other minority groups within technology; in 2022 PwC recently revealed that only 3% of women say a career in technology is their first choice. 2022 also marks a record-breaking year of investment within the technology sector, this, along with recent issues such as the ‘great resignation,’ hustle culture, burnout, gendered biases and a lack of work-life balance, makes this core issue more prevalent than ever. Join us for our upcoming SODA Social webinar in partnership with our friends at Code Institute, where we will be discussing innovative solutions to support gender equality in tech organisations.
